Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your ETS shoes. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer an easy exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How to exchange: Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for exchange.

Non-exchangeable items: Items that are worn, damaged, or returned after 7 days cannot be exchanged.

Refunds: We currently offer exchanges only. Refunds are issued only in cases of a defective or incorrect item being delivered.
